BIOGRAPHY
Josh Wallace was born in Vernon, British Columbia in 1995. He graduated from University of Victoria with a Bachelors of Fine Arts in 2022 and currently lives in Victoria. He has exhibited in British Columbia and is currently represented by Madrona Gallery in Victoria, BC and Hambleton Galleries in Kelowna, BC.
Inspired by historical painting and modern digital media, Wallace incorporates traditional techniques to create contemporary imagery. His subjects are friends, family and the landscape, using them to experiment with narratives, compositions and the medium.
